UNDER CONSTRUCTION

​Bevan and Bernice Spackman visited Kununurra in 1984.  Bevan spent the next four years laser levelling on the farms in the Valley. Seeing opportunities in the Kimberley they relocated to Kununurra in 1988, their family joined them soon after.
Bevan and Bernice purchased the local butcher shop which also sold a few grocery lines and had a staff of 3, then owned and operated by the Warnock family.
They quickly realised the original building was too small to house the services they wanted to provide to the community.  It was quite small in comparison to the shopping precinct we have today.
